Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire | Completed: May 2026
Parkfield Barn needed more than a simple renovation — it needed a team willing to work with a traditional structure rather than against it, preserving the character that made it worth saving in the first place.

The brief called for a careful balance of old and new: retaining original brick and stonework wherever possible, while introducing modern steel framing and materials to bring the structure up to a high, long-lasting standard.

From re-timbering and battening the roof to rebuilding walls and finishing every internal detail, the work was carried out in stages to protect the original structure throughout.

The result speaks for itself: a barn that’s structurally sound for decades to come, without losing the heritage charm that made it special.
Delivered by our Construction and Finishing & Installation teams, with Victor and Lilian both playing key roles in getting the balance of old and new just right.
