Not every heritage-style building starts with an existing structure — this one was built entirely from the ground up, using carefully selected reclaimed bricks to give a brand-new barn the timeless, traditional look of something decades older.
From foundations and structural framework through to the final brickwork and roof, every stage was carried out with precision. The exterior reads as genuinely historic, but underneath it’s built to modern specifications: high-performance insulation, energy-efficient materials, and full compliance with current Building Regulations.
The result is a barn that looks like it’s always been there, while performing exactly like a building constructed today.
