Location: Towcester, Northamptonshire | Completed: March 2026
This wasn’t a straightforward renovation — it started with a full demolition. The brief was to rebuild the barn from scratch while faithfully replicating its original design, so the finished building would look like it had simply always been there.

To preserve the property’s character, we carefully salvaged the original bricks, cleaned them, and reused them throughout the rebuild rather than starting with new materials. Every detail was planned to keep that traditional appearance intact, while bringing the structure up to modern construction and performance standards underneath.

The result is a building that reads as genuinely heritage, not a reproduction — durable, up to today’s standards, but true to the original in every visible detail.

Credit to Victor, our Senior Construction Specialist, for leading a rebuild that demanded as much care in matching the old as it did in building the new.
