Not every extension is about extra living space — this one was purpose-built to house mechanical and electrical plant equipment, with its own demands around durability and security rather than comfort.
The project covered every stage: foundations, structural work, masonry, roofing, insulation, and external finishes. The goal throughout was a secure, energy-efficient space that ties in seamlessly with the existing building rather than looking bolted-on.
The result is a plant room extension built to modern standards from the ground up — functional, durable, and built for long-term performance.
