Let us know about parking restrictions, gate codes, or anything else that affects getting materials and skips onto the site. Sorting this out in advance avoids delays on day one.
Plan around the disruption
For bigger jobs, think about which rooms you’ll need to live without, and whether that means setting up a temporary kitchen or using a different bathroom for a while.
